What do you require to book?

I require a signed contract along with a 35% deposit to secure your wedding date. For all other bookings, a deposit will be required at Iris & Gold's discretion.

Do you accommodate destination weddings?

Yes! I will travel worldwide provided all expenses are paid.  Please complete the form under contact and I will get back to you with more information.

How is the travel fee determined?

The travel fee is based on location and determined on a case-by-case basis. Prices are $.53/mile (determined by IRS 2019 standard mileage rates.) For overnight island weddings, there is an additional $100 charge for travel, not including ferry tolls, lodging, ferry line waiting, and mileage.  Parking fees, ferry travel, and toll charges to be paid by client.

How much time do you need for makeup?

Upon arrival, I require fifteen minutes to set up. I then need one hour for the bride and forty-five minutes for each additional member of the wedding party. I will require another fifteen minutes for tear-down and clean up. If more than six services are required, a second artist may need to be hired, in which case the prices given will only apply to services rendered by Iris & Gold (Jenna Hatcher.)

Do you do hair?

I do light styling/curling on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me for more information.

How is the early bird fee determined?

The early bird fee is based on when I need to begin makeup application. Start times at 8:00am and after are included in the service at no additional cost. Anytime prior to 8:00am, an early bird fee will apply depending on the number of hours before.

Do you stay for touch-ups?

Yes, I do offer touch-up services at an additional cost of $50/per hour for each hour I need to stay after the first completed look. Please note I do not leave the premise and come back. My time is dedicated to the bride, so the cost will be the total time I am asked to stay until the touch-ups are completed.

Do you provide airbrush makeup application?

I do not.

Are lashes included in the bride's service?

Yes, lashes are included. There is a lash service fee for all other wedding attendants.

What are accepted forms of payment?

I accept check, cash, Venmo, and Squarecash.

am i able to use my engagement shoot makeup booking for my bridal trial?

I get this question a lot and while it seems like it makes sense, the answer unfortunately is no. There are several reasons for this, but the main one is that typically your engagement shoot is often very far away from your wedding date. It's better to do your bridal trial closer to your actual wedding day. Also, the makeup you would wear for your engagement shoot, in my humble opinion, should look differently than your wedding day makeup. Therefore, scheduling two different bookings is necessary.

Can I make changes to the contract?

Yes, you may make changes to the number of services, locations, and timeline provided I receive a written request via email or letter by mail at four weeks or more from the wedding date. All revisions will be subject to price change and timeline adjustments. Any requested changes within 30 days prior to wedding date are subject to review and approval, however not guaranteed. I do not accept changes to the contract four weeks or less prior to the wedding.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel at anytime and it must be made in writing via certified mail or email. There will be no refund of the deposit.
